The Journey Continues

The last 2 years have been an amazing roller coaster high of new experiences, travel opportunities, culture transitions, creating a life for ourselves outside of the life we have always known in the States. It's been a journey of discovering our inner thirst to stretch beyond the limits of what we know, to allow ourselves the opportunity to try new things, reach for the unknown, delight in the little things, and appreciate what we have while discovering the many ways that our lives differ in Ireland from the States. 

The blog title is "A New Journey Begins...";however, we all know that the twists, turns, and detours of life is never ending. Everyday is a new journey...for us, an entirely new, exciting journey, otherwise known as parenthood, lies ahead. This blog will continue to capture life in Ireland, our travels, and updates as well as the huge transition we are about to take as parents.

The hope is that the blog from here on out will also serve as a keepsake for the future...full of stories, feelings, pictures, and updates about the Carter family.
